This has been such an exciting project, having met some of the UK’s finest chefs and taken such inspiration from what these people have achieved creatively and the impact they have made on the industry and the next generation of British Chefs that are keeping British food loved and respected around the world.

The people featured will be honoured at an exclusive launch event in London on 23rd November, where we will also raise money for our fantastic charity Centrepoint, who are giving young people a great start in life.
